the Board, we request that you complete an "Oral Communications"
form giving your name, address, and affiliation, if any, in order that an
accurate record can be made in the minutes. In compliance with
Education Code ¤54957.5, non-exempt documents and writings that have been distributed
to a majority or all of the Governing Board in advance of a meeting will be
made available for public inspection at the District Office (155 North Third
Street, Campbell) during normal business hours. Individuals, who
