Campbell Union School District
SCHOOL EMERGENCY INFORMATION
In Campbell Union School District, safety for students and staff is our top priority.
In the event of an emergency…
District administrators maintain frequent communication with school staff, police and other local authorities. School staff enact the school safety plan, which is updated each spring and fall. Teachers inform students of the known facts and discuss safety procedures with them in an age-appropriate way.
If officials determine that it is necessary to release students at a time OTHER than their usual dismissal time, parents would be notified in several ways:
Telephone, email and text messages. As circumstances permit, staff will telephone/email parents to tell them of the school closure and inform them of where they can pick up their children.
