1 week ago THROWBACK THURSDAY - William C. Henley was Superintendent from 1944-1965. In his 21 years, CUSD constructed 19 new schools and went from 1,100 students to 11,000. He was CUSD's second superintendent. JUEVES DE ANTAÑO – William C. Henley fue superintendente desde 1944 hasta 1965. 3 weeks ago This June, we are celebrating National Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Month! 🍓🌽 Campbell USD believes that healthy meals help students feel their best and succeed in the classroom. Our Child Nutrition Services (CNS) Department's partnerships enables CUSD students to enjoy fresh, high-quality produce sourced directly from local farms. This dedication to quality and nutrition is reflected in the recent CUSD School Survey, where more students expressed their satisfaction with the healthy lunch options at school. By providing fresh meals every day, CUSD is proud to help students build healthy habits that will continue to empower them outside of the classroom. 📚 #wearecampbellusd @campbells @childnutritionservicescusdNondiscrimination in CUSD
District programs and activities shall be free from discrimination, including harassment, intimidation, and bullying of any student based on the student's actual or perceived sex, gender, ethnicity, ethnic group identification, religion, color, race, ancestry, national origin, nationality, and physical or mental disability, age, sexual orientation, ancestry, marital or parental or pregnancy status, gender identity, or gender expression, the perception of one or more of such characteristics; or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
This policy shall apply to all acts related to school activity or to school attendance occurring within a district school, and to acts which occur off campus or outside of school-related or school-sponsored activities but which may have a significant impact or create a hostile environment at school
Nondiscrimination policies also apply to all acts of the governing board, the district superintendent, and the county superintendent of schools in enacting the local educational agency's policies and procedures.
In accordance with California Education Code, 221.6, Campbell Union School District provides the following information for pupils and the public.
