Set during the American Revolution, the story follows a brave young girl whose courage and determination inspire hope as she fights for the freedom to shape her own future. This book became a favorite for both Sandy and her daughter, Erin. They even waited in line together to meet Laurie Halse Anderson during a book signing — a memory they still treasure today! 🖋️ Make "Chains" your next read!
