In observance of the Fourth of July holiday, the District Office, school sites, and Expanded Learning will be closed Friday, July 3rd and Monday, July 6th.

- Reservation Deadline: Reservations must be submitted at least 14 calendar days before your desired date.

- After submitting your event, it will be reviewed by the school site.
- Following school site approval, the Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation (MOT) Department will provide final approval.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for the entire approval process.
- Expedite Your Request: Ensure your organization's insurance is on file and all fees are paid promptly.

- Field Conditions: Please be aware that drought conditions may impact field watering schedules.
- Field, gym, and summer facility use requests are due by a group-specific deadline, based on usage period. Preliminary approval may be required.
