You are hereby notified that the following meetings of the Campbell Union School District Governing Board will take place at: Monroe Middle School, Professional Learning Center (PLC), 1055 South Monroe Street (Entrance on South Genevieve Lane), San Jose, CA 95128
When Blackford Elementary School students in Nancy Cassell's 4th grade class learned about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and his I Have a Dream speech, they started thinking about their own dreams for the world. Student teacher, Katie Herr, compiled them into a short video. Take a look!
Campbell Union School District now offers online registration for school. Parents can complete the process using computers at the District's Administration Office or from the comfort of their own home. Click here!
January 21 through February 14 is the period called Open Enrollment, which is when parents can register AND request a particular school for their child.

The Common Core State Standards (CCSS) emphasize skills in collaboration, communication, critical thinking and creativity. They were designed by teachers, parents, business leaders and education experts to prepare students for success in college and the workplace.
The standards are fewer in number but go deeper into higher-order thinking skills, require more project-based learning.
On Monday, October 14th, the Campbell Union School District Governing Board and District Superintendent Eric Andrew presented The State of the District: A Report to the Community on the status of student achievement, district finances, new Common Core State Standards, and the vision for the future.
Rosemary School has exited Program Improvement (P.I.)!
They did it by achieving a 24-point gain on the Academic Performance Index (API) and Safe Harbor in all significant sub groups for the second year in a row. In two years their API went from 772 to 835, proving it IS possible to exit P.I.
