How to Measure School's Success?

A new website, called the California School Dashboard, will feature easy-to-read reports on multiple measures of school success, including test scores, graduation rates, and more.

California is field testing a new website designed to help communities across the state access important information about K–12 districts and schools – including ours. It's called the California School Dashboard, and it's coming March 2017.

The Dashboard is the next step in series of major shifts in public education as a result of 2013's Local Control Funding Formula. California has raised the bar for student learning, transformed testing and placed the focus on equity for all students. The site features easy-to-read reports on multiple measures of school success, including test scores, graduation rates, English learning progress and suspension rates.

NOTE: A letter from the Superintendent is being sent to parents on Thursday, March 9th. It can also be seen in the e-flyers links.
