Welcome to a New school Year!

A Message from the Superintendent

backpack with school supplies and the words

Welcome to the 2022-23 school year!! Whether you are new or returning to our schools, we are happy to have you in our Campbell Union School District Family! For weeks, our staff has been preparing facilities and teachers returned ready to prepare engaging lessons that will boost student learning, growing and achieving.

  • This year, students will have more opportunities for hands-on learning as our elementary teachers integrate a new science curriculum into their instruction.
  • Schools will be able to hold more in-person gatherings, like Back to School Night and various family nights that build community and support student learning.
  • As we learn to live with COVID-19, families can find information about the guidance for responding to the virus in our schools and district workplaces on our COVID-19 webpage.

We all have had to adapt to the changes the pandemic brought to us, and it challenged us personally and as an organization. As we transition out of pandemic and into endemic, we carry valuable lessons and experiences that will help us lean into the healing process and move forward into a new year of success for our students.
