Nelly Yang

As Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services, Nelly Yang oversees all aspects of district fiscal and operational functions, including finance, risk management, facilities, transportation, child nutrition, technology and construction. She came to the district in April 2018 from Evergreen School District where she oversaw district finances. She has 31 years of accounting experience, 28 of them in California school finance.

Ms. Yang has a Master’s of Science degree in accounting with High Honors from Oklahoma City University. She is a member of the South Bay Area Schools Insurance Authority and the Association of School Business Officials.
