With deep gratitude and a strong commitment to the students, staff, families, and community of the Campbell Union School District, Whitney Holton is looking forward to proudly serving as Interim Superintendent. Having dedicated 34 years to the district, Whitney is honored to lead the organization that has shaped her professional journey and inspired her lifelong passion for public education.
Throughout her career in Campbell Union School District, Whitney has served in a wide range of leadership roles, including teacher, school administrator, Expanded Learning and Preschool Director, Director and Associate Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, and most recently, Chief Improvement Officer. Her extensive experience across multiple areas of the district has provided her with a deep understanding of the evolving needs of students, staff, and schools.
Whitney is passionate about building empowered teams, fostering innovation, and creating educational systems that ensure every learner is supported, challenged, and inspired to thrive. Over the course of more than three decades, she has helped lead the district through significant educational initiatives and periods of growth and change, always with a focus on student success and continuous improvement.
She is incredibly proud of the direction the district is heading and deeply appreciative of the diverse families and students, dedicated educators, staff, and leaders who serve the Campbell Union School District community each day. Whitney considers it both a privilege and an honor to serve as Interim Superintendent and remains committed to working collaboratively to ensure every student has access to an exceptional educational experience.

If the question or concern remains unresolved after meeting with your student's teacher, contact the site administrator. The site administrator can assist with next steps. If the matter remains unresolved, contact the appropriate District department.
3. Contact the appropriate district department
If the question or concern remains unresolved after meeting with the teacher and site administration, email Special Education, Student Services, Expanded Learning, or a District department not listed here.
4. Use the Uniform Complaint Process
If the concern remains unresolved after following steps one through three, you may file a formal complaint through the Uniform Complaint Process.
5. Contact the Superintendent's Office
